Terms of use
Last updated 15 July 2026
These terms govern your use of srareserve.com (the "site"). By using the site you accept them. The site is operated on behalf of SRA Reserve, a family house being incorporated as SRA Reserve Ltd in the United Kingdom, part of The Works Holdings.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell alcohol
The site is informational only. Nothing on it constitutes an offer to sell alcohol or any other product, and no sale is made or concluded on this site. The catalogue, including the cellar pages, describes wines for information; no prices are shown, no order can be placed and no payment can be made. Registering interest through the contact page creates no obligation on either side.
SRA Reserve Ltd is being incorporated in the United Kingdom, with alcohol wholesale registration to follow. Any future sale of alcohol will take place only once the required registrations are in place, and only through channels and on terms notified at that time.
Age eligibility
The site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal drinking age in your country, to use this site. If you are not, please leave the site.
United Kingdom facing
The site is directed at the United Kingdom. References to trade, distribution and regulation are references to the UK market and UK law. The site may be accessible from other countries, where different rules apply; nothing on the site is directed at any person in a jurisdiction where its content would be unlawful.
Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the site honest and current, including the status of the company and of each wine in the catalogue. Content is provided in good faith for general information and may change without notice. It is not advice of any kind, including investment advice.
Intellectual property
The SRA Reserve name, seal and the content of this site belong to the house or its licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission.
